溫州瑞錦大酒店是集多功能為一體的綜合型五星級酒店，歷時僅6個月，近500桌位全部落地啟幕，10月全面營業(yè)，作為宴會酒店新標(biāo)桿，為行業(yè)賦能。

溫州瑞錦大酒店坐落于溫州甌江之北，是集大型婚宴、商務(wù)會議、餐飲包廂及全日制餐廳、客房、休閑、娛樂為一體的綜合型五星級酒店。

2023年4月啟動，從最初規(guī)劃，到定制設(shè)計、3D效果圖+施工圖+施工落地，歷時僅6個月，近500桌位全部落地啟幕，10月全面營業(yè)，作為宴會酒店新標(biāo)桿，為行業(yè)賦能。

Wenzhou Ruijin Hotel is a comprehensive five-star hotel that integrates wedding banquets, business conferences, catering private rooms, full-time restaurants, guest rooms, leisure, and entertainment.

主樓大堂摒棄傳統(tǒng)星級酒店金碧輝煌的材料堆砌，運用經(jīng)典幾何線條和極致選材，打造大氣而雅致、驚艷又耐看的場景。

The lobby of the main building uses classic geometric lines and extreme material selection to create a grand and elegant, stunning and durable scene.

宴會中心大堂，延續(xù)主樓大堂沉寂而奢華的基調(diào)，同時突出宴會美學(xué)的藝術(shù)性。

The banquet center lobby continues the quiet and luxurious tone of the main building lobby, while highlighting the artistic value of the banquet aesthetics.

三樓公區(qū)設(shè)計用低調(diào)的灰色與白鋪墊，跳脫的金色高光，搭配墨綠色大理石，就像翡翠項鏈，佩在白皙秀頎的頸部，凸顯高級而獨特的品味。

The design of the third floor public area features a low-key gray and white cushion, a jumping golden highlight, and dark green marble, resembling a jade necklace worn on a fair and slender neck, highlighting a high-end and unique taste.

天臺作為全案中戶外場地，設(shè)計風(fēng)格與宴會廳不同，定位為：儀式感、結(jié)構(gòu)感，相較室內(nèi)更為輕松簡約，現(xiàn)場感特好，航拍非常出片。

宴會廳設(shè)計，是為酒店構(gòu)筑產(chǎn)品競爭的壁壘，需要配合經(jīng)營做好整體優(yōu)化，突出每個宴會空間的特點；有設(shè)計感，色彩接受度高，滿足更多、更全面的目標(biāo)客戶，實現(xiàn)兼容分區(qū)以設(shè)計促進(jìn)自傳播和成交。

The design of banquet halls is to build a barrier to product competition for hotels, and it is necessary to cooperate with management to optimize the overall situation and highlight the characteristics of each banquet space.
